This cake was for John Mark and his lovely bride, Katelyn. The bottom tier was German chocolate with cherry jam and buttercream, the middle tier was double-butter vanilla cake with raspberry jam and buttercream, and the top tier was double-butter vanilla cake with blood orange marmalade and buttercream, all garnished with fresh summer berries, rosemary and mint.

John Mark wrote,

Our wedding was a blur. I remember a few things vividly: my bride’s face, how hot it was in the July sun, and the wedding cake. It was not your typical wedding cake. It was way better. It was by far the best wedding cake I have ever had. The awesome people at B+B worked with us to give us the exact cake that we wanted. It was unique, beautiful, well presented and quite tasty. We will be ordering an anniversary cake when it comes time!
